干炒天津粉皮Stir-fried Tianjin Bean Thread Noodle

【材料】
天津粉皮2片

【配料】
鸡肉丝150克、韭黄100克(切段)、银芽50克、虾米50克、鸡蛋1粒

【调味料】
蚝油1/2汤匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、辣椒糊1/2汤匙

【做法】
1. 将材料浸泡在清水中至软,取出切条状;虾米洗净,略泡水,备用。(图1)
2. 热锅,爆香虾米和鸡蛋,加入粉皮条、其他配料和调味料一起翻炒均匀,便可上碟。(图2)

【INGREDIENT】
2 sheets Tianjin Bean Thread Noodle

【SUB-INGREDIENT】
150g chicken shredded, 100g yellow chives, 50g bean sprout, 50g dried shrimp, 1 egg

【SEASONING】
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1/2 tbsp chili paste

【METHOD】
1. Soak bean thread in water until soften, cut into strips; soak dried shrimp. (pic 1)
2. Heat oil in wok, sauté dried shrimp and egg until fragrant, toss in bean thread, other sub-ingredients and seasoning until well mixed, dish out. (pic 2)
