干贝鱼翅瓜汤Sharksfin Melon And Dried Scallop Soup

【材料】
乌鸡1只(约1公斤,切块)、鱼翅瓜200克、干贝3粒(浸软)、小鲍 鱼5粒(浸隔夜)、海螺6只(浸隔夜)、红枣5粒、热水500毫升、盐适量

【做法】
1 把鱼翅瓜去皮去籽,切细丝。
2.把瓜丝和鸡肉及其他材料放在炖蛊里,隔水炖1 1/2小时。
3.加盐调味。

【Ingredients】
1kg black chicken (chopped into pieces), 200g sharksfin melon, 3 dried scallops (soaked), 5 baby abalones (soaked overnight), 6pcs sea conch (hai lor, soaked overnight), 5pcs red dates, 500ml hot water, salt to taste

【Method 】
1.Skin melon and remove seeds then cut into fine shreds.
2.Put shredded melon, chicken and the rest of the ingredients into a porcelain pot. Double-boil for 1 1/2 hours.
3.Add salt to taste.
