当归枸杞蒸菜园鸡 Steamed Chicken with Dong Gui & Gou Qi

材料:

菜园鸡1只、当归10片、杞子1汤匙、姜50克(切丝)

调味料A:

盐1/2茶匙、粟粉1茶匙

调味料B:

麻油1汤匙、双蒸白米酒2汤匙、绍兴酒3汤匙、生抽2汤匙

做法:

1.鸡洗净斩成小件加入调味料A。(图1)

2.加入其余的材料及调味料,拌匀。(图2-4)

3.待蒸锅水烧开,移入以大火蒸15分钟,熄火再焖5分钟,便可趁热享用。(图5)

INGREDIENTS:

1 whole kampong chicken, 10 slices Dang gui, 1 tbsp Gou zi, 50g shredded ginger

SEASONING A:

1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp corn flour

SEASONING B:

1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp rice wine, 3 tbsp Hua Diao wine, 2 tbsp soy sauce

METHOD:

1.Chop chicken into small pieces and marinate with seasoning A. (pic 1)

2.Mixes in all other ingredients and seasoning. (pic 2-4)

3.Steam in high heat for 15 minutes, turn off heat and then simmer for another 5 minutes, done. (pic 5)
