意式千层面 Meat Lasagna

【馅料】
橄榄油1/3杯、蒜头2瓣(剁碎)、大葱1粒(切丝)、肉碎350克、红萝卜1条(去皮剁碎)、西芹2枝(剁碎)、番茄300克(剁碎)、清水1杯、番茄膏1/4杯、鸡精粉2茶匙、白糖1汤匙、黑胡椒1茶匙

【顶层材料】
鲜奶油500-650毫升、意式千层面1盒(煮熟)、cheddar芝士200克(刨茸)

【模具】
9寸烤盆(涂油)

【馅料做法】
1.起锅热油,把蒜头和大葱爆香,加入肉碎,炒散后加入红萝卜和西芹,炒至软身。(图1)
2.加入清水、鸡粉及番茄膏,炒均,以盐、胡椒粉及糖调味,慢火焖煮10分钟至汁收干。(图2)

【组合】
1.把烤炉预热至200℃。
2.把烤盘涂遍牛油,底部铺上一片千层面皮,修饰四周多余的面皮。
3.铺上一层馅料,然后倒入适量奶油。(图3)
4.再铺上一层的千层面皮,然后加入馅料和奶油。(图4)
5.重复步骤,至少铺3-4层面皮和馅料。(图5-6)
6.最后一层铺上奶油后,撒上芝士茸,放入烤炉烤30分钟至芝士变金黄色。(图7-8)
7.放置至少10分钟后才享用。

【Filling Ingredients】
1/3 cup olive oil, 2 cloves garlic(chopped), 1 big onion(sliced), 65g minced beaf, 1 carrot(peeled & chopped), 2 celery stalks(chopped), 300g fresh tomatoes(chopped), 1 cup water, 1/4 cup tomato paste, 2 tsps chicken stock granules, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp ground black pepper

【Topping Ingredients】
500–650ml whipping cream, 1 box instant Lasagna noodles(scald until cooked), 200g cheddar cheese(shredded)

【Model】
9″ square Baking dish(greased)

【Method For filling】
1.Heat oil, saute garlic & onions until fragrant. Add meat stirring and breaking up the lumps, add in carrots, celery & cook until soft. (pic 1)
2.Add water, chicken stock granules & tomato paste. Season to taste with salt, pepper & sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes until almost all the liquid has evaporated.(pic 2)

【To assemble lasagna】
1.Preheat oven to 200℃.
2.Grease the bottom & sides of baking dish. Place a layer of lasagna sheets in dish, trimming if necessary to fit.
3.Spread meat filling over lasagna sheet, & pour some cream over.(pic 3)
4.Cover with lasagna sheets again. Repeat with filling & cream layer.(pic 4)
5.Repeat steps up to at least 3–4 layers. (pic 5–6)
6.Pour cream & sprinkle with cheese over. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese become golden color.(pic 7–8)
7.Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
