    Step 1

    把面糊材料混合搅拌均匀后过滤,让它醒15分钟后才使用。 In a mixing bowl, combine batter ingredients with a wire whisk until well mixed and free of lumps. Sieve and leave to rest for 15 minutes before using batter.

    Step 2

    热不黏锅,涂少许牛油后倒入适量面糊。 Heat a non stick pan, grease with some butter and pour the batter over.

    Step 3

    加盖煎至发泡时,加入碎花生、白糖,再盖着。 Cover with a lid, and once the batter starts to bubble, add the peanuts, sugar and cover again.

    Step 4

    煎饼熟后加入少许碎栗米粒、椰丝及牛油,对折后取出即可。 Once the appam is cooked add the sweetcorn, grated coconut & some butter. Flip to cover and serve warm.
