新春报喜齐捞生Abalone Yee Sang

【材料】
人月牌鲍贝1罐、人月牌特级新西兰鲍鱼1罐、捞生材料1份、芫茜2棵(切丝)、青葱丝1棵、红萝卜1小条(切丝)、人月牌清鸡汤½罐

【酱汁】
2汤匙酸梅膏、1汤匙苹果酱、2汤匙熟油、2大汤匙桔仔汁

【做法】
1. 将人月牌特级新西兰鲍鱼切片,与人月牌清鸡汤一起煮至软备用。(图1-3)
2.人月牌鲍贝以沸水川烫后,放入冰水中,冰镇片刻,备用。(图4)
3. 把捞生材料和其他材料放在大碟中,把人月牌鲍贝排入材料上,再把切片人月牌特级新西兰鲍鱼铺在材料中间。(图5-6)
4. 最后,淋入所有酱汁材料,齐齐捞。(图7)

【Ingredients】
1 can New Moon Pacific Clams, 1 can New Moon Premium Grade New Zealand Abalone, 1 set Yee Sang pre-mix, 2 stalks coriander (chopped), 1 stalk spring onion (juliennes), 1 small carrot (juliennes), ½ can New Moon Premium Chicken Broth

【Sauce Ingredients】
2 tbsp plum sauce, 1 tbsp apple jam, 2 tbsp hot oil, 2 tbsp lime juice

【Method】
1. Cut whole New Moon Premium Grade New Zealand Abalone into slices, cook together with New Moon Premium Chicken Broth, set aside.(pic 1-3)
2. Blanch New Moon Pacific Clams in boiling water and then soak in ice water. (pic 4)
3. Place all Yee Sand pre-mix ingredients on serving plate, top with New Moon Pacific Clams and arrange New Moon Premium Grade New Zealand Abalone slices the center. (pic 5-6)
4. Pour all sauce ingredients on top and toss to serve.(pic 7)
