【材料】
米粉200克、五香豆干1块、素叉烧100克、香菇4朵、红萝卜60克、大青椒5克、豆芽150克

【调味料】混合
番茄酱3汤匙、辣椒酱2汤匙、生抽2汤匙、麻油2茶匙、李派林汁1茶匙、清水1/2碗

【做法】
1.将米粉浸软,沥干水份,把所有的材料洗净,全部切丝待用。
2.将全部调味料捞匀备用。(图1)
3.烧热油锅,把全部切丝的材料略炒至香,加入调味料和米粉一起拌炒均匀,最后加入豆芽略炒匀至熟即可上碟享用。(图2-6)

【INGREDIENTS】
200g beehoon(rice vermicelli), 1 pc 5 spiced bean curd, 100g mock Char Siew, 4 pcs dried mushroom ,60g carrot, 50g green capsicum, 150g bean sprout

【SEASONING】
3 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp L&P sauce, 1/2 bowl water

【METHOD】
1.Soak beehoon until soften, drain;wash all ingredients and juliennes.
2.Mix all the seasoning, set aside. (pic 1)
3.Heat oil in wok, saut’e all juliennes ingredients until fragrant, and then toss in seasoning and beehoon, and bean sprouts at last, stir fry briefly and dish out. (pic 2-6)
