星空蜂蜜柠檬冰Starry Honey Lemon Ice

材料 :
柠檬(榨成汁)2颗
蜜糖2-3汤匙
蝶豆花干20朵
热水适量
气泡矿泉水500毫升
普通冰块适量
玻璃杯2-3个
迷迭香草1支

做法 :
1.将蝶豆花干浸泡在热水里直到变成蓝色,待凉后倒入冰块盒,放进雪柜冷冻结成冰块。
2.将柠檬汁和蜂蜜混合均匀,备用。
3.取出蝶豆花冰块,和普通冰块,分别用搅拌机搅成冰沙,备用。
4.取一玻璃杯,下1.5汤匙的蜂蜜柠檬汁,然后将普通冰沙填至⅓,接着再用蝶豆花冰沙填至满。
5.緩緩地倒入氣泡礦泉水,至8分滿,然後再用蝶豆花冰沙填至滿,放上檸檬片和迷迭香,稍微攪拌後,即可享用。

INGREDIENTS
2 lemon (juice), 2-3 tbsp honey, 20 sprigs blue flower pods, some hot water, 500ml sparkling mineral water, some ice cubes, 2-3 glasses, 1 stalk rosemary

METHOD
1.Soak blue flower pods in hot water until blue colour emerged; cool down and pour into ice cube mould, freeze in fridge.
2.Mixes lemon juice with honey.
3.Blend blue ice cubes and plain ice cubes separately into smoothie.
4.Take 1 glass, add in 1.5 tbsp honey lemon juice, top with ¹/3 of plain smoothie and then cover the rest of glass space with blue smoothie.
5.Slowly pour in sparkling mineral water until 80% full; and then fill in blue smoothie again until full; garnish with lemon and rosemary; ready to serve.
