杂籽威化饼 Mixed Seed Wafer

【材料】
A:面粉50克、亚麻籽42克、发粉1克、盐1克、黑芝麻20克、太阳花籽50克(所有种子烤过)
B:牛油90克、黄糖150克、鸡蛋20克、香草精2克
【做法】
1. 把全部材料A混合。(图1)
2. 另外把黄糖和牛油一起煮至溶解,待凉后加入鸡蛋和香草精搅匀。(图2-5)
3. 把牛油混合料与种籽混合料一起混合均匀。收入冰箱。(图6-7)
4. 把面团搓成小球,放入松饼模具里。(图8)
5. 放入烤炉以165℃烤 13分钟。(图9)
6. 待冷却后才从模里取出饼干。(图10)

【Ingredients】
A:50g flour, 42g flax seed(lightly toasted), 1g baking soda, 1g salt, 20g black sesame seed(Lightly
toasted), 50g sunflower seed(lightly toasted)
B:90g butter, 150g brown sugar, 20g egg beaten, 2g vanilla essence,
【Method】
1.Combine all ingredients A in a mixing bowl. (pic 1)
2.Melt butter and brown sugar in pot. Cool the mixture and mix in egg and vanilla essence. (pic 2-5)
3.Slowly pour in the butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well. Chill the dough. (pic 6-7)
4.Divide the dough into small balls and put on muffin moulds. (pic 8)
5.Bake at 165℃ for 13 minutes. (pic 9)
6.Cool the cookies well before lifting from the mould. (pic 10)
