杨枝甘露Chilled Cream of Mango

【材料】
芒果汁300毫升、熟芒果4粒、柚子肉1杯、发起奶油60毫升、沙谷米40克、白糖80克、香草味雪糕

【做法】
1.用滚水煮沙谷米15分钟,然后离锅,加盖焖至透明状后以水冲洗。
2.芒果去皮后切丁。
3.把一半的芒果肉连同芒果汁和白糖以搅拌机打烂。
4.然后慢慢加入奶油、沙谷米、袖子肉及剩余的芒果肉,放入冰箱冷藏4小时。
5.吃的时候把洋枝甘露装在鸡尾酒杯内,再放入一团香草味雪糕,饰以薄荷叶。

【Ingredients】
300ml mango juice, 4 nos ripe mango, 1 cup pomelo (flesh) , 60ml whipping Cream, 40gm sago (small), 80gm sugar, vanilla ice cream

【Method】
1.Cooked sago in boiling water for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and cover it until sago become transparent. After that, rinse with cold water.
2.Peeled mango and cut into dices.
3.Blend the half of the mango fruit with mango juice and sugar.
4.Then, mixed evenly with milk, sago, pomelo and the other half of mango diced and chilled for 4 hours.
5.During serving time, the mango puree is presented in a cocktail glass and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnished with mint leaves.
