杭菊杞子糕Chrysanthemum Wolf Berries Cake

材料
菊花茶500克
燕菜粉3茶匙
啫喱粉½茶匙
白糖80克
枸杞子15克

做法
1.将燕菜粉,啫喱粉和糖搅拌均匀。(图1-3)
2.加入菊花茶煮滚后,略微滚熄火。( 图 4 )
3.枸杞子放入模里,倒入菊花混合料,然后待冷凝固,收入冰箱冷藏3小时。(图5-6)

INGREDIENTS :
500g chrysanthemum tea, 3 tsp agar-agar powder, ½ tsp jelly powder, 80g sugar, 15g wolf berries

METHOD :
1.Mixes agar-agar powder, jelly powder and sugar. (pic 1-3)
2.Add in chrysanthemum tea and bring to boil briefly. (pic 4)
3.Place wolf berries in mould, pour in chrysanthemum mixture, wait until set and store in fridge for 3 hours before serving. (pic 5-6)
