杯子香叶银丝卷 Coriander Cup Buns

【面团材料】
中筋面粉250克、酵母5克、发粉5克、糖20克、水150克、油1汤匙
【馅料】
芫茜20克(切碎)、盐1⁄2小匙、油2汤匙
【做法】
1.将所有馅料预先拌匀待用。(图1)
2.中筋面粉、发粉、酵母、糖拌均匀,慢慢加入水拌匀,再加入油,搓揉成团,待发15分钟。(图2)
2.将面团分成约40克等份,再擀平,涂抹馅料均匀,并卷成圆筒状,再擀平。(图3)
3.用刀切割面皮4-5条,重叠起来再拉长,将筷子放在中间对折,将筷子转半圈后,压紧收口,取
出筷子放在铺上纸杯的松糕模型中。(图4)
4.放入蒸锅中以大火蒸约6-8分钟即可取出。(图5)

【Dough Ingredients】
250g all-purpose flour, 5g instant yeast, 5g baking powder, 20g
sugar, 150g water, 1 tbsp oil
【Filling】
20g chopped coriander, 1 1⁄2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp oil (mixes all)
【Method】
1.Mixes all filling ingredients, set aside.(pic 1)
2.Mixes flour, baking powder, yeast and sugar; and then slowly blend in water and oil and knead into soft dough. Let rise for 15
minutes..(pic 2)
2.Apportion dough into 40g each, flatten and brush with filling, roll up and flatten again. .(pic 3)
3.Use knife to cut a 4-5 slits on the surface, fold it and pull to stretch; and then place chopstick on the middle, flip the dough over, make
a half circle around chopstick and seal the gap; remove chopstick and place on the muffin mould lined with paper cups.(pic 4)
4.Steam in steamer with medium high heat for 6-8 minutes, done. (pic 5)
