【材料】4份
A:水晶蒟蒻果冻预拌粉1包(300克)、清水1250毫升
B:吉利丁粉10克、清水100毫升、糖20克、椰浆200毫升
C:清水300毫升、椰浆200毫升、果冻粉3克、燕菜粉6克、糖70克
【工具】
针筒、咖啡匙(剪成V形状)、食用色素、水果圆球器
【做法】
1. 将材料A加清水煮至滚后熄火,倒入溶器里待凉,冷藏4小时至凝固。
2. 利用水果器在果冻中间表面挖一个半圆球形状。(图1)
3. 将材料B煮溶至滚,取一汤匙加少许黄色素搅匀,用针筒由上至下注入果冻中间,形成花蕊。(图2-3)
4. 另取一汤匙混合料B加少许粉红色素,注入针筒内。用剪成V型的咖啡匙45度由上至下注入果冻里的同时,用针筒
挤入粉红果冻料形成花辨。(图4-6)
5. 另取一汤匙加少许青色素搅匀,注入针筒内,再用剪成叶子形的咖啡匙由上至下插入果冻里,同时用针筒挤入果冻
料形成叶子。(图7)
6. 完成花朵后,冷藏1小时。
7. 将材料C煮溶至滚后倒入果冻表面,再放入冰箱冷藏。(图8-10)

【Ingredients】4 portions
A:1 pkt crystal jelly powder(300g), 1250ml water
B:10g gelatine powder,100ml water, 20g sugar, 200ml coconut milk
C:300ml water, 200ml coconut milk, 3g jelly powder, 6g agar-agar powder, 70g sugar
【Tools】
injector, plastic spoon(cut into v shape), food coloring, fruit ball cutter
【Method】
1. Bring ingredients A to the boil, cook till jelly powder dissolve, off heat and pour mixture into a container and let it
cool, place into fridge about 4 hours till chill and set.
2. Use fruits ball cutter cut a hole at the centre of crystal jelly.(pic 1)
3. Boil B until all the ingredients dissolves, take 1 tbsp mix with yellow food coloring. Inject the yellow agar-agar mixture
into centre of the crystal jelly to become stamen of flower. (pic 2-3)
4. Take another 1 tbsp of B mixture and mix with pink food coloring. Insert V shape spoon into crystal jelly and inject
the pink agar-agar mixture at the same time to make
petal. (pic 4-6)
5. Take 1 tbsp of B mixture and mix with green food coloring. Insert leaf shape spoon into crystal jelly and inject
the green agar-agar mixture at the same time to make leaf. (pic 7)
6. Complete the flower shape and keep into fridge for one hour.
7. Bring the water to boil, slowly cook remaining C until the agar-agar dissolves, pour on top of crystal jelly, keep into
fridge for chill and set.(pic 8-10)
