果酱蒸吞拿鱼Steamed Tuna with Salsa Sauce

【材料】
蓝鳍吞拿鱼扒(胸肋骨)两片 (400g)、番茄1/2个(切粒)、josepine黄梨100g(切粒) 、普通黄梨100g 、柠檬1/2粒(切粒)、橙半粒(榨汁)、橙皮1/2粒(切丝)

【调味料】
胡椒粉2茶匙、盐1茶匙、橄榄油1汤匙

【做法】
1.将鱼扒洗净后;端上蒸笼大火蒸七分钟即可熄火。(图1)
2.把蒸好的鱼撒上盐,胡椒粉然后再淋上橄榄油。(图2)
3.取两种黄梨个别去皮洗净,切丁备用。(图3)
4.把普通黄梨倒入搅拌机,加入100ml 的清水搅成汁后用小火煮滚。 (图4)
5.加入番茄、Josepine黄梨、橙汁、橙皮和柠檬粒煮滚备用。(图5-6)
6.取碟子把鱼排骨摆好,倒入果酱拌着鱼肉享用。

【Ingredients】
2 pcs tuna steak (400g), 1/2 tomato (diced), 100g Josepine pineapple, 100g normal pineapple (diced), 1/2 lemon (diced), 1/2 orange(juice), 1/2 orange zest jullieece

【Seasonings】
2 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt

【Method】
1.Wash tuna steak and steam in high heat for 7 minutes.(pic 1)
2.Sprinkle salt on top of steamed tuna and then pour olive oil over.(pic 2)
3.Peel both pineapple and diced.(pic 3)
4.Blend normal pineapple with 100ml of water and then boil the juice in low heat.(pic 4)
5.Add dice tomato, Josepine pineapple, orange juice, orange zest and lemon into pineapple juice and bring to boil again.(pic 5-6)
6.Place tuna steak on plate, pour mix fruit sauce over to serve.
