【材料A】
有机糖蜜 60克
有机红糖 40克
鸡蛋 2颗
椰油 1汤匙
【材料B】
低筋面粉 180克
椰子粉 1/2杯
核桃碎 1/2杯
有机泡打粉 1茶匙
海盐 1/2茶匙
【制法】
1. 将所有材料A和材料B各自混合均匀,备用。
2. 将材料A倒入材料B内,拌匀成团后,整成约1英吋高的面团,放在烤纸上。
4. 烤箱预热160度,烤45分钟后取出,待凉后,切成厚约1cm片状,放在烤纸上;备用。
5. 烤箱预热160度,烤45分钟,间中翻面一次,至表面酥脆,即可取出,配以牛奶享用。
【Ingredients A】
60g organic honey
40g organic brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp coconut oil
【Ingredients B】
180g superfine flour
½ cup coconut powder
½ cup chopped walnut
1 tsp organic baking powder
½ tsp sea salt
【Method】
1.Mixes all ingredients A and B separately.
2.Mixes ingredients A and B to knead into dough; and then pin roll to 1 inch thick and place on top of baking paper.
3.Pre-heat oven at 160°C, bake for 45 minutes, remove from oven and cool down, before cut into 1 cm thick, place on top of baking paper.
4.Pre-heat oven at 160°C, bake for 45 minutes, turn once during intervals, bake until crispy. Serve with milk.
