桂花糕Chilled Osmanthus Jelly

【材料】
清水750克、爱玉粉30克、白糖40克、桂花糖100克、枸杞5克、茘枝½罐

【做法】
1. 枸杞和茘枝剁成茸,待用。(图1-2)
2. 将清水、爱玉粉、白糖、桂花糖混合,小火煮,慢慢搅动至完全溶解并转稠后,隔水搅凉。(图3-5)
3. 加入枸杞和茘枝茸,搅拌均匀即可倒入模具里待凝固。(图6-8)
4. 收入冰箱冷藏至少2小时才吃。

【Ingredients】
750ml water, 30g Ai Yu jelly powder, 40g sugar, 100g Osmanthus jam (Gui Hua), 5g GouQi, ½ canned Lychee

【Method】
1. Finely chop GouQi and lychee, set aside. (pic 1-2)
2. Boil Ai Yu jelly powder, sugar and Osmanthus jam in water with slow heat, stir slowly until dissolved and become thicken; cool down in water bath. (pic 3-5)
3. Add in chopped GouQi and lychee, stir to mix and pour into mold and let it set.(pic 6-8)
4. Keep in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
