桃胶白果雪耳炖豆奶Healthy stew soy milk

【材料】
桃胶20克、雪耳10克、白果80克、枸杞15克、冰糖60克、热清水800毫升、热豆浆400毫升

【做法】
1.把桃胶用清水泡过夜,清洗去除杂物,再冲洗,沥干待用。
2.雪耳泡水½小时,冲洗,剪成小块再冲洗,待用。
3.白果去心,洗净备用。
4.将白果、雪耳、冰糖和热清水一起放入炖锅,炖约30钟,然后加入桃胶和热豆浆、枸杞再炖20分钟即可。(图1-6)

【INGREDIENTS】
20g Peach gum, 10g white fungus, 80g ginkgo, 15g gou qi, 60g rock sugar, 800ml hot water, 400ml hot soy milk

【METHOD】
1.Soak peach gum overnight, wash several time to remove debris, drain and set aside.
2.Soak white fungus, wash and cut in small pieces, wash again and set aside.
3.Remove gingko core, wash and set aside.
4.Arrange gingko, white fungus, rock sugar and hot water into stew pot, stew for 30 minutes. Toss in peach gum, hot soy milk and gou qi, continue stew for another 20 minutes, done. (pic 1-6)
