梅子酱蒸鸡 Steamed Chicken with Plum Sauce

【材料】
全鸡腿1只(斩件)、水梅2粒(去核)、红辣椒碎1条、
蒜茸1⁄2汤匙、嫩姜茸1茶匙、青葱粒适量(洒面)
【调味料】
酸梅酱2汤匙、蚝油1汤匙、糖1茶匙、麻油1茶匙、粟粉1
茶匙、盐1⁄4茶匙
【做法】
1. 将鸡腿洗净沥干水份,加入调味料及其余材料混合拌
匀。
2. 移入蒸炉以大火蒸15分钟至熟。
3. 取出,洒入葱花便可。
【Ingredients】
1 chicken whole leg (chop into pieces), 2 pitted plum,
1 red chili (chopped), 1⁄2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp
chopped young ginger, some chopped spring onion for
garnishing
【Seasonings】
2 tbsp plum sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp each of
sugar, sesame oil & corn flour, 1⁄4 tsp salt
【Method】
1. Wash chicken whole leg, drain and marinate with seasoning
and all other ingredients.
2. Steam in high heat for 15 minutes.
3. Sprinkle chopped spring onion and serve.
