棉花糖冰淇淋Marshmallow ice cream

材料 :
棉花糖120克、牛奶200克(分成2份)、鮮奶油150克、少許紫色色素

做法 :
1.將棉花糖里的粉红及白色棉花糖分开備用。
2.在小锅内将牛奶、奶油及白色棉花糖以慢火隔水煮至溶,待凉备用。(图1-5)
3.将煮溶的白色棉花糖分成2份,其中一份加入紫色色素拌匀。
4.另外將粉紅色的棉花糖以同样方法煮至溶,備用。
5.将紫色混合料过筛入冰淇淋模具里,收入冰箱待凝固。(图6-7)
6.取出模具,加入白色混合料,再收入冰箱待凝固。
7.最后是倒入粉红混合料,再收入冰箱至完全凝固,即可享用美味棉花糖冰淇淋。

INGREDIENTS :
120g Marshmallow, 200ml fresh milk (divide into 2), 150m whipping cream, some food colouring-purple

METHOD :
1.Group the pink & white colour separately from Marshmallow.
2.In a pot, combine fresh milk, whipping cream and white colour marshmallow, double boil with low heat till melt, set aside. (pic 1-5)
3.Divide the white colour marshmallow mixture into 2 portions. Mix one of the mixture with purple colouring.
4.Take the pink colour marshmallow, cook in the same way till melt, set aside.
5.Sleve the purple mixture into ice cream mould, place into freezer. (pic 6-7)
6.Take out the mould, pour in white colour marshmallow mixture, freeze it again.
7.Lastly pour the pink colour marshmallow mixture into mould, keep into freezer till fully chilled. Enjoy as it is!
