棒棒糖披薩 Pizza Lollipops

面团材料
高筋面粉220克、乾酵母½茶匙、海盐½茶匙、橄榄油1汤匙、清水180毫升

馅料材料
番茄2颗(切片)、有机蕃茄义大利面酱100克、mozzarella 芝士碎200克

配料
冰淇淋棒8支、面粉适量、橄榄油适量、牛至碎适量

做法
1 将所有面团材料(除橄榄油外)放进搅拌器内,搅拌成软面团。
2 倒入橄榄油混匀后盖上保鲜膜,放入雪柜低温发酵至少12小时。(图1)
3 取出面团放置约45分钟发酵至2倍大,分割成8份。(图2)
4 将面团揉成直径约9-10cm的圆形饼皮,放上一支冰淇淋棒、压实,并用叉子在饼皮上扎小孔,备用。(图3)
5 在饼皮上涂抹蕃茄义大利面红酱、撒上芝士,再放上一片蕃茄。(图4-6)
6 将棒棒披萨放入预热至180度的烤炉,烤约15-20分钟至披萨呈金黄色。取出,撒上牛至碎,即可成热享用。

DOUGH INGREDIENTS
220g high-gluten flour, ½ tsp dry yeast, ½ tsp sea salt, 1tbsp olive oil, 180ml water
FILLING
2 tomatoes (slice), 100g organic spaghetti sauce, 200gshredded mozzarella cheese
SUB-INGREDIENTS
8 lollipop stick, some flour, some olive oil, some oregano

METHOD
1 Combine all the dough ingredients (except for olive oil) into mixer, mix well to become soft dough . (pic 1)
2 Coat the dough with olive oil, cover with clingfilm andkeep inside the refridgerator for 12 hours . (pic2)
3 Take out the dough and set in a warm place to provefor 45 minutes until the dough doubled in size, divide
into 8 poriions. (pic 3)
4 Roll out the dough in 9 x 10cm inches oval shape, place a lollipop stick on top, press thightly and tie holes with
a fork.
5 Place sauce on top of dough, spread some cheese and tomatoes over. (pic 4-6)
6 Bake the pizza into pre-heat @ 180℃ oven for 15-20 minutes till golden brown. Top with some oregano before
serve.
