椒盐花生天贝 Pepper & Salt Tempeh

材料 :
天贝150克(切丁)、花生米100克(炸香)、咖哩叶4支、红
辣椒2只(切材料 :

椒盐调味料 :
五香粉¼茶匙、幼盐½茶匙、糖¼茶匙、黑胡椒粉½茶匙
做法 :
1 烧热油放入天贝丁,大火炸至金黄色,捞起沥油待用。
2 把咖哩叶放入热油炸至香脆,捞起沥油。
3 镬里留1汤匙油,慢火炒香红辣椒末,然后加入已炸的
天贝和花生米及椒盐调味料,拌炒匀后即可享用。

INGREDIENTS :
150g Tempeh (cubes), 100g roasted peanuts, 4 stlks curry leaf, 2 red chili (chopped)
PEPPER SALT:
¼ tsp 5 spices powder, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp sugar, ½ tsp black pepper
METHOD :
1 Heat oil in wok, deep fry tempeh in hot oil until golden brown, drain. (pic1)
2 Deep fried curry leaves into the hot oil until crispy, drain. (pic2-3)
3 Keep 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute red chili until fragrant, toss in fried tempeh, peanuts and
pepper salt seasoning, stir-fry until well mixed, dish out. (pic 4-6)
