椰子炖鸡汤 Stewed Chicken Soup with Coconut

材料 :
乌鸡1只、黑枣去核8粒、当参12克、枸杞1汤匙、椰肉150克(切块)、雪耳10克(浸泡撕小朵)、水6碗
调味料 :
盐适量
做法 :
1. 乌鸡切除头脚,洗净备用。
2. 把材料全部洗净后,连同水一起放入炖盅,以中火炖 2½ 小时。
3. 调入盐,试味即可。

INGREDIENTS :
1 black chicken, 8 red dates (pitted), 12g Dang Shen, 1 tbsp Gou Qi, 150g coconut flesh (cut into pieces), 6 bowls water
SEASONING :
Dash of salt
METHOD :
1. Chop off head and toes of chicken, clean and wash, set aside.
2. Prepare all ingredients and put in stewing pot, double boil for 2½ hours with medium heat.
3. Season with salt, serve.
