椰浆饭越南春卷 Nasi Lemak Viet Spring Roll

现买越南米纸适量、椰浆饭(做法参考椰浆饭蛋糕)、炸鸡(做法参考椰浆饭汉堡)、冷当羊肉(做法参考椰浆饭寿司)、叁峇(做法参考椰浆饭叁峇)、白灼虾肉适量(剖开)、青瓜丝适量
做法
1 用湿巾抹越南米纸至软化。
2 放上炸鸡肉片或冷当羊肉;然后铺上青瓜。
3 再放上叁峇,然后加入1汤匙椰浆饭。
4 把米纸一端折上来,两边对折,然后在卷到一半时排上2片虾肉成直线,才继续卷起,成春卷状。
5 重复步骤,包扎不同的主料。配额外叁峇或冷当咖哩汁吃。

INGREDIENTS
Vietnamese rice paper(store bought), nasi lemak (refer to recipe in nasi lemak cake), fried chicken (refer to recipe in nasi lemak burger), rendang mutton(refer to recipe in nasi lemak sushi), sambal (refer to nasi lemak canapes), boiled prawns (sliced into half), shredded cucumber
METHOD
1 Rub Vietnamese rice paper with wet tower to make it soften.
2 Place fried chicken slices or rendang tok on top, follow with shredded cucumber.
3 Top with sambal; and then spread about 1 tablespoon nasi lemak over.
4 Now wrap the Vietnamese rice paper over, tucking in both the sides of the paper then roll it to halfway, place 2 pieces of prawns in straight line and roll tightly like a popiah.
5 Repeat steps with various topping. Serve immediately with any rendang gravy or sambal on the side.
