椰糖红烧棒棒腿Gula Melaka Chicken Wings

【材料】
鸡翼10只、马六甲椰糖50克、 食油1茶匙、蒜头1颗、清水300毫升、烤香芝麻适量

【腌料】
蚝油1汤匙、黑酱油2茶匙、生抽4汤匙、胡椒粉适量

【做法】
1.将鸡翼洗净,用厨房纸巾吸干水分后,连同腌料一起放入大碗中,腌制至少4个小时或放入雪柜内腌制隔夜。(图1)
2.热油锅,将蒜头略煎至香,加入腌制好的鸡翼拌炒至香。
3.加入清水和椰糖,以中火煮滚后,转小火继续煮约45分钟至汁稠,即可上桌。(图2-4)
4.享用前,撒上少许芝麻,风味更佳。

【Ingredients】
10 chicken buffalo wings, 50g gula Melaka, 1 tsp cooking oil, 1 whole garlic, 300ml water, some toasted sesame

【Condiments for Wings】
1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp dark soy sauce, 4 tbsp soy sauce, some pepper to taste

【Method】
1.Wash chicken wings, pat dry and marinate with condiments ingredients for at least 4 hours or keep in the refrigerator overnight.(pic 1)
2.Heat some oil in pot, saute garlic till fragrant, add in chicken wings, stir well.
3.Add in water and gula Melaka, cook with medium heat and bring to boil. Turn to low heat and continue cook for 45 minutes till gravy is thicken. Done. (pic 2-4).
4.Sprinkle some sesame seed on top before serve.
