樱桃果仁饼条Candied Cherry Nut Bars

【材料】
中筋面粉1 1/4杯、黄糖2/3杯(分开用)、冷牛油180克、鸡蛋1粒、盐1/2茶匙、咸杂果仁1 1/2杯、青红色蜜饯樱桃1 1/2杯、半甜巧克力粒1杯

【做法】
1.把面粉和1/3杯的黄糖及牛油混合,搅拌成粗粒,然后倒入13 X 9寸的涂油烤盘里,压紧,放入烤炉以180°C烤15-17分钟或至凝固。
2.另外把鸡蛋打散,加入盐和剩余的黄糖,搅拌均匀,然后加入果仁、樱桃及巧克力粒,再均匀地铺在底层材料上。
3.再烤20-25分钟至顶面凝结,待凉后才切条吃。

【Ingredients】
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 2/3 cup packed brown sugar(divided), 180g cold butter(cubed), 1 egg, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/2 cups salted mixed nuts, 1 1/2 cups halved green and red candied cherries, 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

【Method】
1.In a small bowl, combine the flour and 1/3 cup brown sugar, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into a lightly greased 13 inch×9 inch baking pan. Bake at 180°C for 15-17 minutes or until set.
2.In a large bowl, beat the egg, salt and remaining brown sugar until blended. Stir in the nuts, cherries and chocolate chips. Spoon evenly over crust.
3.Bake 20-25 minutes longer or until topping is set. Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
