橄榄菜蒸鱼 Steamed Fish With Olive Vegetable

材料:
马友鱼肉300克、古龙牌橄榄菜罐头1汤匙、姜2片、古龙牌精制豆豉罐头½ 汤匙、红辣
椒1条、芫荽少许
调味料:
珠江桥牌高级酱青2汤匙、糖½ 茶匙、麻油1茶匙、夏宫牌厨用花雕酒1汤匙、油1汤匙
做法:
1: 把姜及红辣椒切成丝;将鱼洗净抹干,排入蒸盘中。(图1-2)
2: 把古龙牌橄榄菜罐头、古龙牌精制豆豉罐头及调味料拌匀,然后铺在鱼
肉上,并加入姜丝以大火蒸约8-10分钟至熟。(图3-5)
3: 取出鱼撒上芫荽、红辣椒便可。(图6)

Ingredients :
300g mackerel blocks, 1 tbsp GULONG Brand Canned Olive Vegetable, 2 slices ginger, ½ tbsp GULONG Brand
Canned Salted Black Beans, 1 red chili, some coriander
Seasoning :
2 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE High-grade Light Soy Sauce, ½ tsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp SUMMER PALACE
Cooking Hua Tiao Wine, 1 tbsp oil
Method :
1: Julience ginger and chili. Clean and wash fish, pat dry and arrange in plate. (pic1-2)
2: Mixes GULONG Brand Canned Olive Vegetable with GULONG Brand Canned Salted Black Beans with
seasoning and spread on top of fish, sprinkle ginger over and steam in high heat for 8-10 minutes or
until cooked. (pic3-5)
3: Sprinkle coriander & red chili on top and serve. (pic 6)
