橙味油醋吞拿沙律Tuna salad with Spanish Orange Vinaigrette

橙味油醋酱材料:
橄榄油60毫升、红酒醋40毫升、蒜蓉1汤匙、鲜橙1粒(去皮去籽去白色纤维后切块)

调味料:
盐1茶匙或适量、白糖1茶匙、黑胡椒1/4茶匙

做法:
1.把所有油醋材料混合,以手打搅拌器搅拌均匀,加入调味料。
2.加入橙肉拌匀,用保鲜膜覆盖待用。

To Made Orange Vinaigrette Ingredients:
60ml olive oil, 40ml red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 orange(peeled & white pith removed, sliced into wedges)

Seasoning:
1 tsp salt or to taste, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste

Method:
1.Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl with a wire whish. Season to taste.
2.Mix in orange slices, set a side covered with cling film.

沙律材料:
去籽橄榄1/4杯、罐头白肉吞拿1罐(滴干)、灯笼椒1粒(切薄片)、大葱1粒(切薄片)、杂锦生菜2-3杯、橙味油醋沙律酱1份

沙律做法:
1.在大沙律碗中把吞拿鱼肉和所有蔬菜混合。
2.倒入足够的橙味油醋沙律酱。即可享用。

Salad Ingredients:
1/4 cup pitted green olives, 1 can white meat tuna in water(drained well), 1 bell pepper(slice thinly), 1 red onion(sliced thinly), 1/4 cup fresh parsley(chopped), 2-3 cups mixed salad greens(lettuce/cabbage/carrots), 1 portion orange vinaigrette salad dressing

Method:
1.In a mixing bowl, combine tuna & all other vegetables together.
2.Toss with sufficient orange vinaigrette salad dressing. Serve immediately.
