水牛城炸鸡翅膀Buffalo Style Wings

【材料】
A:鸡翅膀200克
B:白醋200克、面粉100克、玉蜀黍粉100克、蛋1粒、盐1/2茶匙、鸡精粉1/2茶匙、白胡椒粉1/2茶匙、姜蓉1/2茶匙
C:红萝卜100克(切条)、西芹100克(切条)

【蘸酱】
蓝芝士50克、美乃滋100克

【做法】
1.准备一个塑胶纸袋,把材料A和材料B一起放入塑胶袋里摇均匀,腌制约1/2小时。(图1-3)
2.把油预热至160℃,将鸡翅膀炸约5分钟或熟透即可捞起沥干油,沾酱享用。(图4)
3.蘸酱做法:把蘸酱材料搅拌均匀即可摆盘上碟。
4.吃时可配萝卜及西芹一起享用。

【Ingredients】

B:200g vinegar, 100g plain flour, 100g corn flour, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chicken powder, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
C:100g carrot (cut strips), 100g celery (cut strips)

【Dipping Sauce】
50g blue cheese, 100g mayonnaise

【Method】
1.Combine ingredients A with ingredients B in a plastic bag for 1/2 hour. (pic 1-3)
2.Heat oil in wok until 160℃ hot, deep fry marinated chicken wings for about 5 minutes. (pic 4)
3.Method for dipping sauce: Combine blue cheese with mayanaise, mix well.
4.Arrange all in plate to serve.
