泡菜粉丝Kimchi Glass Noodle

【材料】
韩国番薯粉丝1/2包、瘦肉100克、蒜茸1汤匙、韩国泡菜100克(切丝)、松菇、鲜金针菇各1包

【配料】(全部切丝)
西芹1条、青葱1棵、红辣椒1条、青/黄/红灯笼椒各1/2粒

【调味料】
盐1茶匙、糖1茶匙、韩国泡菜汁50毫升、高汤1/2碗

【做法】
1.猪肉切丝以少许料酒和酱油腌好备用。(图1)
2.把韩国番薯粉丝泡水后烫至软身,沥干待用。(图2)
3.把松菇和鲜金针菇川烫一会,捞起备用。
4.起锅热油,爆香蒜茸,然后加入猪肉丝炒香,加入韩国泡菜及调味料,煮至滚。(图3-5)
5.加入所有切丝材料、菇类及粉丝,小火焖煮5分钟即可盛出上桌。(图6-8)

【Ingredients】
1/2 pkt Korean sweet potato glass noodle, 100g lean meat (juliennes and marinate with some wine and soy sauce), 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 100g Kimchi (juliennes), 1 pkt each of Enoki and Shitake mushroom

【Sub-ingredients】: (juliennes all)
1 stalk each of celery, spring onion, red chili, 1/2 each of green, red & yellow capsicum

【Seasoning】
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 50g Kimchi sauce, 1/2 bowl stock

【Method】
1.Juliennes lean meat and marinate with some wine and soy sauce.(pic 1)
2.Soak glass noodle and then scud in boiling water until soften.(pic 2)
3.Blanch both the mushrooms, drain.
4.Heat oil in wok, saute garlic until fragrant, toss in meat and stir-fry with kimchi and seasonings, bring to boil.(pic 3-5)
5.Add in all juliennes ingredients, mushrooms and glass noodle, simmer in low heat for 5 minutes and dish out.(pic 6-8)
