泰式腊味蒸滑鸡Steamed Thai Style Waxed Meat with Chicken

【材料】
东炎肠3条(切片)、大全鸡腿1只(350克)斩小块、姜花1⁄2支、香茅1支、指天椒3-4条、姜1片(切碎)、酸柑挤汁1汤匙

【腌鸡料】
蚝油1茶匙、生抽1茶匙、粟粉1茶匙

【调味料】
咪精1⁄2茶匙、糖1⁄2茶匙、清水2汤匙、鱼露1茶匙

【做法】
1.鸡腿斩小块,加入腌料拌匀。(图1-3)
2.将东炎肠切片;姜花切细丝;指天椒剁碎。(图4-6)
3.把全部材料加入调味料捞勾,大火蒸15分钟至熟。(图7)
4.取出后,淋入酸柑汁享用。

【Ingredients】
3 Tom yam sausages (sliced), 1 chicken whole-leg (about 350g, chop into small pieces), 1⁄2 bunga Kendang, 1 stalk serai, 3-4 chili padi, 1 slice ginger (chopped), 1 tbsp lime juice

【Marinade】
1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp corn flour

【Seasoning】
1⁄2 tsp MSG, 1⁄2 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp water, 1 tsp fish sauce

【Method】
1.Marinate chicken with marinades. (pic 1-3)
2.Slice Tom yam sausages;slice bunga Kendang; chopped chili padi. (pic 4-6)
3.Mixes all ingredients with seasoning and steam in high heat for 15 minutes or until cooked. (pic 7)
4.Squeeze in lime juice and serve.
