泰皇虾Thai Royale Prawn

【材料】
草虾400克、鱿鱼干2片(切丝)、芫茜1棵、本地生菜1棵

【酱汁】
美奶滋2汤匙、罐头玉粟米酱2汤匙、泰式甜辣酱2汤匙

【做法】
1.鱿鱼干放入热油里炸至脆,备用。(图1)
2.草虾修去尾须及头部尖壳和眼睛,放入热油炸香备用。(图2-3)
3.热镬,分别倒入酱汁材料炒匀后,倒入炸好的虾快速炒均匀。(图4-7)
4.上桌时铺上鱿鱼干丝,再以芫茜装饰即可。

【INGREDIENTS】
400g tiger prawns, 2 pcs dried cuttlefish (juliennes), 1 stalk coriander, 1 stalk lettuce

【SAUCE】
2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp cream corn, 2 tbsp Thai chilli sauce

【METHOD】
1.Deep fry dried cuttlefish until crispy, set aside.(pic 1)
2.Trim prawns and deep fry in hot oil until cooked. (pic 2-3)
3.Heat a clean wok, sauté sauce ingredients and add in pranws and toss briskly. (pic 4-7)
4.Sprinkle fried cuttlefish and coriander on top to serve.
