浆果优格冰棒Yogurt Berries ice cream Potong

【材料A】
自选浆果约100克
原味优格300克
浆果味优格250克
蜜糖2汤匙

【材料B】
冰棒模约8支
冰棒棍约8支,预先用滚水川烫、抹干
锡纸约8张,每张5″x5″

【制法】
1. 将自选的浆果洗净、切小块,备用。
2. 将原味优格和蜜糖拌匀,备用。
3. 将浆果放入冰棒模内,备用。
4. 依次序舀入1-2汤匙的浆果味优格入冰棒模内,再舀入1-2汤匙的蜜糖优格填至满。
5. 包上锡纸,然后插上一支冰棒棍,放入雪柜冷冻至少4小时至凝固,即可取出享用。

【Ingredients A
100g self-select berries
300g original flavour yogurt
250g berries flavoured yogurt
2 tbsp honey

【Ingredients B】
8 Ice cream Potong moulds
8 Ice cream sticks (blanched & pat dry)
8 sheet 5″x5″ aluminium foil

【Method】
1.Wash self-select berries and cut into small pieces.
2.Mixes original yogurt with honey and set aside.
3.Place berries into ice cream moulds.
4.Pour 1-2 tbsp berries flavoured yogurt into ice cream moulds; and then top with 1-2 tbsp honey yogurt until full.
5.Wrap with aluminium foil and insert 1 ice cream stick into it; freeze in freezer at least 4 hours to set, done.
