海苔意大利面 Seaweed Pasta

【材料】
鸡柳100克、意大利天使面300克(放入热水中烫熟滴干水备用)、鲜橙肉200克、萝卜丝
40克、青瓜丝80克、麻油1茶匙、食油2汤匙、蒜2瓣(剁碎)
【腌料】
Biosoft 昆布海苔酱2汤匙、少许盐
【顶料】
Biosoft 烧海苔2片 (切细)、少许烘香芝麻
【做法】
1.将鸡柳加入少许腌料腌好。(图1)
2.将萝卜及青瓜分别刨丝备用。(图2)
3.镬内热少许油,爆香蒜茸,加入鸡肉炒至肉熟,熄火。(图3)
4.在一个大碗内将鸡肉与意大利面捞匀,以少许麻油调味。(图4)
5.加入橙肉、萝卜丝及青瓜丝,捞匀。(图5)
6.面上撒入少许Biosoft 烧海苔及芝麻粒,即刻享用。(图6)

【Ingredients】
100g chicken fillet, 300g cooked angel hair pasta (boil to aldente), 200g fresh orange wedges, 40g carrot (julienned), 80g cucumber (julienned), 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsps cooking oil, 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
【Marinate Ingredients】
2 tbsp Biosoft Seaweed Paste, dash of salt
【Topping】
2 sheets Biosoft Roasted Seaweed(sliced), toasted sesame seeds
【Method】
1.Season chicken fillet with marinate ingredients. (pic 1)
2.Julienned cucumber and carrot, set aside. (pic 2)
3.Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped garlic until fragrant, stir fry marinated chicken fillet till cooked. Turn off heat. (pic 3)
4.Combine cooked angel hair pasta with chicken fillet, stir to mix. Mix in sesame oil. (pic 4)
5.Toss in oranges wedges, jullienned carrot and cucumber.(pic 5)
6.Sprinkle Roasted Seaweed and sesame seeds on top, serve immediately. (pic 6)
