海鲜四宝汤Soup of Sea Treasures

【材料】
水蟹1只、肉蟹1只、白昌鱼1条、虾8只、罐头扣肉3片、 姜丝20克、蒜头5瓣(剁碎)、姜5片

【调味料】
糯米红酒1/2碗、盐适量、鸡精粉1茶匙

【做法】
1.将海鲜分别处理干净备用。
2.镬内加水及姜片煮至滚,放入螃蟹及虾煮至熟。(图1-2)
3.加入扣肉用中火煮约5分钟。(图3)
4.最后加入鱼煮至肉熟。(图4)
5.倒入所有调味料煮至滚便可。(图5-6)

【Ingredients】
1 blue crab,1 mud crab, 1 white Promfret, 8 pcs prawns, 3 slices canned stewed pork, 20g juliennes ginger, 5 pips garlic (chopped), 5 slices ginger

【Seasonings】
1/2 bowl of glutinous red wine, dash of salt, 1 tsp chicken powder

【Method】
1.Wash and clean all sea food.
2.Bring a pot of water to boil with ginger, add in crab and prawns and boil until cooked.(pic 1-2)
3.Add in stewed pork and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.(pic 3)
4.Add in fish at final stage.(pic 4)
5.Pour in all seasoning ingredients and bring to boil done.(pic 5-6)
