海鲜泡饭Seafood rice

【材料】
猪肉碎50克、啦啦肉30克、紫菜10克、鸡蛋2粒、姜丝少许、白饭1碗、鸡高汤800克、少许青葱粒
【调味料】
盐½茶匙、糖½茶匙、
【做法】
1. 镬内热油,爆香姜丝至香脆,加入猪肉碎和啦啦肉炒熟。(图1-2)
2. 注入高汤煮至滚,加调味料及紫菜捞匀煮至滚。(图3-6)
3. 加入白饭再煮滚后加入鸡蛋捞匀,即可趁热享用。(图7-8)

 

【Ingredients】
50g minced meat, 30g clam flesh, 10g seaweed, 2 eggs, some juliennes ginger, 1 bowl white rice, 800ml chicken
stock, dash of chopped spring onion
【Seasoning】
½ tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar
【Method】
1. Heat oil in wok, sauté ginger until fragrant, add in minced meat and clam flesh, stir-fry until cooked.(pic1-2)
2. Pour in stock and bring to quick boil; add in seasoning and seaweed. (pic 3-6)
3. Add in white rice and bring to boil again before mix in egg. Serve hot. (pic 7-8)
