海鲜焖面 Braised Spaghetti With Seafood

材料
San Remo意大利面1包、
Bertolli油3汤匙、McCormick大蒜粉1茶匙、
McCormick洋葱粉1茶匙、
McCormick碎黑胡椒½茶匙、嫩姜4片、
虾8只(剪去所有的腿和尾尖)、
鱿鱼150克(切圈)、鱼丸20粒、
大白菜200克(切成1寸宽)、
萝卜1条(对半切成片)、
水500毫升、菜心150克、
玉米粉2汤匙+水2汤匙(勾芡)、
青葱用作装饰

酱料
蚝油4汤匙、酱油4汤匙、
盐1茶匙、黑酱油1汤匙

做法
1. 煮一锅热水,将San Remo意大利面煮3-4分钟即可,捞起备用。(图1)
2. 取一小碗,将所有酱料混合均匀,备用。
3. 热锅倒入Bertolli油,爆香姜和蒜后,放入虾和鱿鱼,拌炒1-2分钟。然后加入大白菜、萝卜,最后加水。(图2-5)
4. 水烧开后,加入San Remo意大利面、鱼丸和菜心。然后倒入预先混合好的酱料。(图6-7)
5. San Remo意大利面会慢慢吸收所有酱汁,加入玉米粉水勾芡。最后面上撒上葱花即可趁热享用。(图8)

 

Ingredients
1 pkt San Remo Spaghetti,
3 tbsp Bertolli Oil, 1 tsp McCormick Garlic Powder,
1 tsp McCormick Onion Powder,
½ tsp McCormick Black Pepper Gridder,
4 slices Young Ginger,
8 pcs Prawn (trim all the legs and sharp end),
150g Squid (cut into ring), 20 pcs Fish Ball,
200g Chinese Cabbage (cut into 1 inch wide),
1 pc Carrot (split into half and cut slices),
500ml Water, 150g Choy Sum/Sawi,
2 tbsp Corn flour + 2 tbsp Water,
Spring onion for garnish

Sauce
4 tbsp Oyster Sauce, 4 tbsp Soy Sauce,
1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

Method
1.Put the San Remo spaghetti in boiling water cook for 3-4 minutes, drain and set aside. (Pic 1)
2.In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredient till well
combined and set aside.
3.In a wok with high heat, pour in Bertolli oil, ginger
and garlic. Sauteed till fragrant, put in the prawn
and squid. Cook for 1-2 minutes then add in cabbage, carrot then follow by water. (Pic 2-5)
4.Once the water boiling, add in San Remo spaghetti, fish ball, and choy sum. Then pour the sauce mixture in. (Pic 6-7)
5.San Remo spaghetti will slowly absorb all the liquid and lastly thicken with corn flour water and its ready to serve. Sprinkle of spring onion to complete the dish. (Pic 8)
