海鲜白酱意粉 Carbonara Seafood Spaghetti

【材料】
意大利面条1包,牛油2汤匙、蒜头3瓣(剁碎)、大葱1粒(切丝)、双色灯笼椒2颗、月桂叶1片、烟肉100克(剁碎)、虾100克(去壳留尾)、烟熏三文鱼(切片)、鸡肉100克(切丁)、鸡粉2茶匙、盐适量、胡椒粉适量、鲜奶500毫升、浓鲜奶油100毫升

【做法】
1.先将意大利面放入热水中煮热。(图 1)
2.将双色灯笼椒洗净切片。(图 2)
3.热不粘锅,以中火溶牛油,炒月桂叶、蒜头及大葱约5分钟至大葱软化。
4.加入烟肉,继续炒30分钟至转黄。(图 3)
5.加入鸡肉和其他海鲜炒匀,加鸡粉及调味料。(图 4-5)
6.倒入灯笼椒、牛奶及鲜奶油,大火煮滚即熄火。(图 6)
7.把酱料淋在面条上即可享用。

【Ingredients】
1 packet spaghetti, 2 tbsp butter, 3 garlic cloves(chopped), 1 big onion(peeled & sliced), 1 bay leaf, 100g sliced bacon (roughly chopped), 100g prawns(peeled with tail intact), 100g smoked salmon (sliced), 100g chicken meat(cubed), 2 tsp chicken stock granules, salt & pepper to taste, 1/2 yellow and 1/2 red capsicum, 500ml fresh milk, 100ml thickened cream

【Method】
1.Cook spaghetti in boilling water till soft. (pic 1)
2.Wash and slice yellow and red capsicum.(pic 2)
3.Heat butter in a large, non–stick frying pan over medium heat. Add bay leaf, garlic and onions. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes until onions are limp.
4.Add bacon and saute further for 30 seconds until it starts to brown lightly.(pic 3)
5.Add meat and the rest of the seafood;add stock granules and season with salt and pepper.(pic 4–5)
6.Toss in capsicum before pouring in milk and cream, bring to a quick boil & turn off heat.(pic 6)
7.Ladle hot Carbonara sauce over spaghetti & serve immediately.
