海鲜粥Seafood Porridge

【材料】
白滑粥2大碗、鲜带子100克、鲜尤鱼150克、蛤蜊10粒、明虾10只蟹柳3条、姜5片、青葱粒 1 汤匙

【调味料】
鸡精粉1茶匙、麻油1茶匙、胡椒粉及盐少许

【做法】
1.鲜带子洗净沥干,鲜尤鱼去除外膜及肠洗净切成圈,蛤蜊以清水浸泡,使之吐沙,明虾去壳挑肠泥洗净,蟹柳切数段。
2.把白滑粥煮沸,放入姜片和全部海鲜材料煮滚。(图1-4)
3.加入调味料拌匀,上桌时撒上青葱粒。

【Ingredients】
2 bowl white porridge, 100g fresh scallops, 150g squids, 10 pcs clams, 10 pcs prawns, 3 pcs crab meat sticks, 5 slices ginger, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion

【Seasoning】
1 tsp chicken stock granule, 1 tsp sesame oil, dash of pepper and salt

【Method】
1.Wash and drain scallops; clean the membrane of squid and cut into rings, soak clams in water to purge the sand; shelled and devein prawns; cut crabs sticks into blocks.
2.Bring porridge to boil, add in ginger and all seafood and bring to boil again.(pic 1-4)
3.Season and serve hot, sprinkle spring onion on top.
