消暑解渴山楂茶Shan Zha Tea

【材料】
乌梅100克、山楂50克、甘草30克、石蜂糖100克、清水3.5公升

【做法】
1.乌梅、山楂、甘草冲净,放入煲中加入清水,先煮至滚,改用小火煮45分钟。(图1-4)
2.加入石蜂糖再煮至糖溶约20分钟,关火不要开盖待凉,倒出山楂茶饮用。(图5)

【Ingredients】
100g Wu Mei, 50g Shan Zha (Chinese hawthorn), 30g Gan Cao, 100g rock honey sugar, 3.5 liter water

【Method】
1.Wash Wu Mei, Shan Zha and Gan Cao,place in pot, add in water and bring to quick boil; and then simmer in low heat for 45 minutes.(pic 1-4)
2.Add in rock honey sugar and continue cooking for 20 minutes until sugar melted; cool down with lid cover until ready to drink.(pic 5)
