添丁猪脚姜醋 Sweetened Braised Meat

材料:
猪手1 只(斩件)、老姜600 克、珠江桥牌添丁甜醋4 支(500 毫升x4)、黄糖4 汤匙
做法:
1. 把老姜刮皮,切厚片,放入瓦煲中,倒入添丁甜醋煮滚后,转小火继续焖煮45 分钟。
2. 猪手以沸水川烫过再以清水冲洗干净,然后放入姜醋中以小火慢熬煮至猪手够软,约40 分钟。
3.在加入黄糖搅匀便可享用。

Ingredients:
1 pork shank(cut in pieces)、600g old ginger, 4 bottles(500mlx4) Pearl River Bridge Vinegar、4 tbsp brown sugar
Method:
1.Skinned old ginger and cut in piece, put inside pot and cooked together with Pearl River Bridge vinegar till boil. Turn small heat and continue boil for another 45 minutes.
2.Blenched pork shank in boilling water, wash and put inside the vinegar ginger soup, braised with low heat for 40minutes or till
pork tender.
3.Add in brown sugar, serve with rice.
