清炒香菇烩芦笋Stir-fried Asparagus with Mushroom

[材料]

芦笋20支、鲜香菇6朵、姜片1小块、蒜头3瓣(拍扁)、枸杞1汤匙、橄榄油1汤匙

[调味料]

鸡精粉1/2茶匙、盐少许

[做法]

1.将芦笋切段,鲜香菇切片,枸杞洗净。

2.把芦笋及香菇以沸水川烫过沥干。

3.热油爆香姜片及蒜头,放入芦笋少约1分钟。

4.加入香菇、枸杞及调味料炒匀。

5.洒入适量水翻炒均匀即可上碟。

Ingredients:

20 stalks asparagus, 6 pcs fresh mushroom, 1 small piece ginger, 3 pips garlic (smashed), 1 tbsp Gou Qi, 1 tbsp olive oil,

Seasoning:

½ tsp chicken powder, dash of salt

Method:

  1. Cut asparagus into blocks, slice mushroom, wash Gou Qi.
  2. Blanch asparagus and mushroom in boiling; drain.
  3. Sauté ginger and garlic with some oil, and then add in asparagus, stir-fry.
  4. Toss in mushroom, Gou Qi and seasoning.
  5. Drizzle some water on top, stir well and dish out.
