清炖药材鸡汤 Double Boil Herbal Chicken

【材料】
鸡1.4公斤、盐1茶匙、绍兴酒2汤匙、蚝油2汤匙
【中药材料】
玉竹30克、红枣15粒、党参10克、当归5克、枸杞1汤匙、白胡椒粒少许
【做法】
1. 把鸡洗净,全身内外用盐涂抹腌好。
2. 将一半的中药置入鸡身内。(图1)
3. 将剩余的中药材料放入Butterfly电子炖盅的白瓷内胆内,再加入蚝油及绍兴酒。放入鸡只,注入足够盖面的清水。(图2-3)
4. 在Butterfly电子炖盅内注入清水至安全水平,才放入白瓷内胆。(图4)
5. 上盖启动电源,设时2小时或2小时半至鸡肉熟腍。(图5)

【Ingredients】
1.4 kg chicken, 1tsp salt, 2 tbsps chinese wine, 2 tbsps oyster sauce
【Herbs Ingredients】
30g yok chuk, 15 pcs red dates [30g], 10 g tong sum, 5 g tong kui,1 tbsps kei chi, dash of white pepper corn
【Method】
1. Pat dry the chicken after washing, rub salt inside the cavity of the chicken and all over outside.
2. Stuff half of the herbs into the cavity of the chicken.(pic 1)
3. Place the remaining herbs and chicken into the BUTTERFLY Stew Cooker’s inner pot. Pour water over the chicken, add in oyster sauce
and wine.(pic 2-3)
4. Plug in the BUTTERFLY Stew Cooker’s, pour sufficient water up to the water level and place the pot with the chicken inside.(pic 4)
5. Cover with the lid and press 2 hours for the stewing or until the chicken is tender.(pic 5)
