滋润双菇烩竹笙Braised Bamboo Pit with Mushroom

【材料】
竹笙30克、鲜冬菇6朵、鲜鲍鱼菇100克、红萝卜花50克、姜5片(磨茸)、当归粉10克、芫荽少许

【调味料】
盐1/2小匙、生抽2小匙、胡椒粉少许、麻油1/2小匙、粟米粉1小匙、清水1碗

【做法】
1.竹笙先浸软洗净,榨干水份,切6cm长段。
2.鲜冬菇和鲜鲍鱼菇,洗干净切块。
3.在锅中热油1汤匙,加入姜茸炒香,再加入全部材料及调味料煮至汁浓即可盛起,趁热享用。(图1-4)

【小贴士】焖软竹笙软中带爽口,有滋润疗效。

【Ingredients】
30g bamboo pit, 6pcs fresh mushroom, 100g abalone mushroom, 50g carrot, 5 slices ginger(chopped finely), 10g Dang Gui powder, some coriander

【Seasoning】
1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp soy sauce, dash of pepper, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp corn flour, 1 bowl water

【Method】
1.Soak bamboo pit until soften, then trim and squee out water then cut into 6cm blocks.
2.Wash both mushroom and cut into pieces.
3.Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute ginger until fragrant, then toss in all ingredients and seasoning, cook until gravy thicken, dish out.(pic 1-4)
