潮州粥套餐Teochew Set Porridge

【材料 (A) 】
米2杯
咸蛋2粒
橙色或黄色番薯300 克
水2 ½公升

【材料 (B) 】
香菜心1罐
香焖花生1罐
豆豉鲮鱼1罐
橄榄菜1罐
午餐肉1罐

【做法】
1.将全部材料A放入锅内,滚后转中火盖着煮至成粥。关火。(图1-3)
2.把古龙牌午餐肉切薄片,用1汤匙油煎至金黄色。(图4)
3.将全部材料B与咸蛋排在饭桌上。(图5-7)
4.番薯粥盛碗后即可享用。(图8)

【INGREDIENTS A】
2 cups rice
2 salted eggs
300gm orange or yellow sweet potato
2 ½ liter water

【INGREDIENTS B】
1 canned Pickled Lettuce
1 canned Braised Peanuts
1 canned Fried Dace With Salted Black Beans
1 canned Olive Vegetable
1 canned Pork Luncheon Meat

【METHOD】
1.Mix all the ingredients A in pot, bring to the boil, reduce to medium heat and cover until porridge cooked. Turn off heat until serve. (pic 1-3)
2.Slice and pan fry Luncheon Meat with 1 tbsp oil until golden brown. Remove. (pic 4)
3.Arrange all the ingredients B on dinning table with salted eggs. (pic 5-7)
4.Ladle potato porridge in a bowl and serve. (pic 8)
