火腿芝士卷Cheese Ham Roll

【材料】
酥皮(10″x10″) 2张
有机无添加猪火腿 4片
Cheddar芝士 8片
Parmesan芝士粉 适量
鸡蛋 1颗
干罗勒 适量

【做法】
1.烤箱预热200C°;将鸡蛋打散成蛋液,备用。
2.将1张酥皮平铺在料理台上,把4片芝士平铺在酥皮上。
3.接着将4片方形火腿平铺在酥皮上。
4.将剩下的4片芝士,再铺在火腿上。
5.盖上另外一张酥皮,用刀切割成长条状,备用。
6.将火腿芝士酥皮扭转成螺旋状,排放在烤盘上,并涂上蛋液,撒上芝士粉。
7.将火腿芝士酥皮放入烤箱,烤约15分钟至金黄即可取出,撒上干罗勒,即可享用。

【Ingredients】
2 puff pastry (10″x10)
4 slices organic bacon
8 slices Cheddar cheese
Some grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Some basil

【Method】
1.Pre-heat oven at 200°C; egg beaten.
2.Spread 1 sheet of puff pastry on table top, arrange 4 slices cheese on top of it.
3.Put 4 slices bacon on top of 4 slices cheese.
4.And then top the bacon with the remaining cheese slices.
5.Cover with another sheet of puff pastry; and then cut into long strips.
6.Swing the bacon pastry strips into swirl form; and then place on baking tray and brush with egg sauce before sprinkle grated cheese over it. (pic 5)
7.Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown; remove from oven and garnish with some basil, serve.
