炒四季豆Stir-fried French bean

【材料】
四季豆200克、五花肉50克、豆干1块、虾米20克、菜脯条50克(浸水)、红辣椒1条(切片)、蒜头3瓣(拍扁)

【调味料】
鸡精粉1茶匙、盐1茶匙、麻油1茶匙

【做法】
1.将四季豆去头尾,折段拉丝,待用。(图1)
2.五花肉切丝;豆干切片;虾米浸泡;菜脯切条。(图2)
3.起镬烧热3汤匙油爆香虾米、蒜头及五花肉。(图3-4)
4.再放入所有其他材料翻炒,中途洒入适量水,并加盖焗片刻。(图5)
5.最后加入辣椒和调味料兜匀便可。

【Ingredients】
200g French bean, 50g pork belly, 1 harden tofu, 20g dried shrimp, 50g pickled radish(soaked), 1 red chili (sliced), 3 pips garlic (smashed)

【Seasoning】
1 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame oil

【Method】
1.Break off the top and tail of French bean, peel off pod strings and set aside.(pic 1)
2.Cut pork belly into strips, slices tofu, soak dried shrimp and cut pickle radish into strips.(pic 2)
3.Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, sauté dried shrimp, garlic and pork belly until fragrant.(pic 3-4)
4.Toss in all other ingredients, drizzle in some water and cover with lid to simmer briefly.(pic 5)
5.Add in chili and seasoning, stir-fry well and dish out.
