炸虾卷Deep-fried Shrimp Roll with Wasabi Mayo Sauce

【材料】
中虾肉200克(剁烂)、竹笋40克(切长条)

【调味料】
盐适量、白糖适量、胡椒粉适量、麻油数滴

【芥末美奶滋(混合拌均)】
美奶滋200克、柠檬汁(1粒)、芥末粉25克、炼奶60克、海苔2片(剁碎)

【做法】
1.把剁碎的竹笋和虾肉,加调味料混合拌均成馅。
2.把馅料包在越南米皮内卷成春卷状。
3.以中火把虾卷炸至金黄色。
4.蘸芥末美奶滋酱吃。

【Ingredients】
200gm prawn meat (medium), 40gm bamboo shoot (chopped)

【Seasoning】
Salt & sugar to taste, a pinch of pepper, a few drops sesame oil

【Wasabi mayo sauce (mixes all)】
200gm mayonnaise, 1 nos lemon (juice only), 25gm wasabi powder, 60gm condensed milk, 2pcs seaweed (finely chopped)

【Method】
1.Mixed the bamboo shoot, chopped prawn meat in a bowl and marinate with seasonings, blend thoroughly to make the stuffing.
2.Wrapped the stuffing with Vietnamese rice paper skin, make into the shape of spring roll.
3.Deep-fried the roll in medium hot oil until golden brown.
4.Served the shrimp roll with wasabi mayo on the side.
