炸虾球 Prawn Fritters

材料:

虾肉100克(剁碎) 、豆干1块(剁碎) 、A蛋1粒、栗米粉1汤匙、自发面粉2汤匙、红萝卜茸1汤匙、青葱粒2汤匙

鸡精粉1茶匙、白糖1茶匙、盐1/2茶匙或适量、胡椒粉1/2茶匙

额外炸油

做法:

  1. b\把隔夜虾肉剁碎。
  2. 把虾肉和豆干及其他材料混合,调味。
  3. 用热油把约1汤匙虾料下锅炸。
  4. 炸至金黄色即成炸虾球。

 

Ingredients:

100 g prawn meat, chopped coarsely

1 firm tofu [160g], mashed

1 “Grade A” egg

1 Tbsp cornflour

2 Tbsps Self raising flour

1 Tbsp minced carrot

2 Tbsps chopped spring onions

1 tsp chicken stock granules

1 tsp sugar

½ tsp salt or to taste

½ tsp ground pepper

extra cooking oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. Coarsely chop the prawn meat from leftover fried prawns or steamed prawns.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed tofu, prawn meat with the rest of the ingredients, adjusting seasonings to taste.
  3. Heat oil & drop tablespoonful of prawn batter.
  4. Deep fry until golden brown & drain on absorbent paper before serving fritters.
