炸鱼块 Fish ham cubes

【材料】
鱼肉400克(去皮)、午餐肉50克(切片)、cheddar芝士2片、鸡蛋1粒、普通面粉少许、面包糠50克
竹签3-4枝
【做法】
1. 用盐和胡椒粉腌鱼肉。
2. 把午餐肉和芝士放在鱼肉上面,然后把鱼肉反折遮盖。(图1-2)
3. 用竹签把鱼肉开口封紧。(图3)
4. 接着把鱼肉包沾少许面粉后沾蛋液。(图4-5)
5. 最后再沾面包糠,并收入冰箱一会。(图6)
6. 热适量炸油,把鱼包炸至金黄色。(图7)
7. 滴干油,让它冷却后切成方块享用。(图8)


【Ingredients】
400 g fish fillet(skinless) ,50g luncheon ham(sliced), 2 pcs cheddar cheese, 1 egg, some plain flour(for dusting ), 50g breadcrumbs
3-4 pcs bamboo skewers

【Method】
1. Lightly marinate the fish fillet with some salt & pepper.
2. Place cheese & ham & flip the fillet over to cover the filling. (pic 1-2)
3. Using a bamboo skewer, secure the open sides of the fillet.(pic 3)
4. Dust the filled with some plain flour & coat in the beaten egg.(pic 4-5)
5. Dip in the breadcrumbs & set aside in the refrigerator for a while.(pic 6)
6. Heat sufficient cooking oil in a wok/pan, deep fry over medium to low heat until the fillet is golden brown.(pic 7)
7. Remove from oil, drain & leave to cool slightly. Cut into cubes & serve.(pic 8)
