烟熏火腿通心粉 Smoked Ham spaghetti

【材料】
A:通心粉200克、鸡蛋1粒
B:高汤500毫升、杂豆100克、烟熏火腿肉100克、盐及胡椒
粉 适量
C:玉蜀黍粉1汤匙、水3汤匙
【做法】
1. 准备1锅热水,加入少许盐和油,倒入通心粉煮约8分钟至熟,沥干备用。(图1)
2. 把高汤煮开,加入火腿肉煮约三分钟,加入杂豆和通心粉调味备用。(图2-3)
3. 把材料C搅拌均匀,慢慢倒入高汤内,勾芡至稍微浓稠,熄火。(图4)
4. 平底锅预热,加入少许油把鸡蛋煎好备用。(图5)
5. 将通心粉倒入碗内,配上煎蛋享用。(图6-7)

【Ingredients】
A:200g macaroni, 1 egg
B:500ml stock, 100g mixed beans, 100g smoked ham, salt and pepper to taste
C:1 tbsp corn flour, 3 tbsp water
【Method】
1. Boil a pot of water with dash of salt and oil, scud the mac-oroni for about 8 minutes; drain.(pic 1)
2. Boil the stock, add in smoked ham and boil for 3 minutes;add in mixed beans and cooked spaghetti, season to taste.(pic 2-3)
3. Mixes ingredients C and pour in soup and stir until slightlythicken, turn off heat. (pic 4)
4. Heat pan with some oil, sear egg until cooked.(pic 5)
5. Pour macroni mixture in a bowl, top with fried egg.(pic 6-7)
